Open Amateur Ballroom at Empire Dancesport

The Amateur Ballroom at the Empire Dance Championships was as strong and sophisticated as the competition itself. Starting from the quarter-final round there were six strong representatives of the style in the final.

Congratulations to US representatives, Mikhail Avdeev & Olga Blinova who took 3rd place in the WDC World Classic Showdance Championship on Saturday, Sept. 27th.

The competition was held in Siegerlandhalle, in Northwest Germany.

USA's other representatives, Paulo & Lienne DiLorenzo placed fifth and Pavel Cherdantsau & Svetlana Rudkovskaya tied for 7th place.

The US judge was Nick Kosovich
