Report by Keith Todd
Photography by Ryan Kenner
This was my first ever visit to Donna Edelstein’s Snow Ball, held in Minneapolis, MN on the first weekend of January. It was also my first competition of the 2016 season. Keeping the event true to its name, the weather gods turned on the snow for my arrival and it was steadily snowing as I left the airport.

Report by Keith Todd
Photography by Ryan Kenner
This was my first ever trip to the Kings’ Ball which was held this year December 4th - 6th in the Hilton Meadowlands, NJ. This hotel has the advantage of being close to New York City and Newark Airport, in fact only about eight miles from the Holland Tunnel and Manhattan, but far enough out that the high prices of the city are not so noticeable.

Un Giorno, a San Jose: The Diamond Classic
Report by Keith Todd
Photography by Shell Jiang
One-day competitions are very much the flavor of the day as more and more organizers want to climb aboard the NDCA schedule of recognized events. I was happy, therefore, to accept and invitation to officiate at the Diamond Classic, organized by Daniele Gozzi, Cecilia Giovacchini, Andrea Feraci and Iveta Pauryte.
