Let’s start with my 2 favorite places in Vegas: MORIMOTO and GIADA. Having been totally spoiled eating sushi in Japan spoiling me forever, eating at Morimoto is like eating in Japan, enormous fresh sushi, great and prompt service at this MGM restaurant!

Next, Giada, the brainchild of Giada deLaurentiis located on the 2nd floor of the Cromwell Hotel overlooking the Strip. Great Italian food with a wonderful wine list. Try the Octopus appetizer and the bacon wrapped dates, amazing!!!

Connected to the Luxor is Mandalay Bay and a wonderful dining experience at AUREOLE. Stating with the 2 story wine tower down to an outside seat at the garden pool, complete with swans. A prix fixe menu with small plates, but when you leave you will be extremely happy and full!
Here are some wonderful places to try:
OLIVE and PICASSO at Bellagio
MESA GRILL at Caesars
ANDREA at the Wynn
B&B RESTORANTE and BOUCHON at the Venetian
HERRINGBONE and SAGE at Aria
And if you are in the mood for a fun lunch try Gordon Ramseys’ BurGR.
